INGREDIENTS:
1 kg (32 oz) green
beans, string and snip off the ends, snip each bean into two and
wash
1 kg (32 oz) tomatoes, washed, peeled and chopped
1 ½ cups finely chopped onion
½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
½ tspn salt (as desired )
a dash of ground allspice
a dash of sugar
3 heads garlic, peeled
1 fresh green or red chili
½ cup water
